Infected Delve is one of the dungeons related to a sidequest in Diablo IV. It ins not one of the 'main' dungeon where you can get aspects. Nevertheless Infected Delve is quite an interesting place, as some parts are infected by poisonous mist that damages the player while standing in it. You can find this dungeon in the Urlaan Quarry region. You have to visit this dungeon for the "Crucible of Worth" quest. You are tasked with gathering three pieces of silver quartz for Gerti in Ked Bardu so that she can forge a weapon out of it.
