To get the Demon's Embrace Achievement you need Lohse. When you encounter the Doctor in Arx with her you can either accept his proposal immediately, which changes the fight against Lucian. Or you can resist his offer. Then the doctor immediately transforms into the demon Adramahlihk abd combat starts. To get this achievement Lohse basically has to just survive for three turns and you need to wait for Adramahlihk to finish casting his spell. So you can play around with the other minions or just skip turns. If Lohse dies Adramahlihk stops casting and starts again when she is revived - resetting the three turns counter. This is a tactic you have to use if you want to defeat Adramahlihk. For this I'll create another video.
