Ashava the Pestilent is the only available world boss during the Diablo IV beta events. And most likely also the first world boss players can encounter in the final game. The world boss only spawned at specific times. I assume this will also be the case in the final game. As you can see the fight was pretty tough and many players dies and respawned multiple times. But the fight was still an interesting one because Ashava attcks differently after losing more and more health.
