The Tormented Echo of The Beast in the Ice (also called Tormented Beast in the Ice) is one of the powerful boss monsters that you can summon in any of the Torment difficulty levels. It can be found in the Glacial Fissure in the Desolate Highlands, Fractured Peaks, south of Kyovashad.
You need 12 Distilled Fear to summon it.
These bosses drop summoning items for other bosses as well as equiptment. I needed several tries to defeat it, but in the end managd to do so.
