BOOOAL is a Redcap who is worshipped by the Kuo-toa of The Festering Cove as their God of Murder. The kuo-toa worship has enhanced his strength and made BOOOAL much stronger than is normal for a Redcap. The entrance to the tribe can be found in the Underdark. The whole situation is pretty hilarious, as BOOOAL is clearly a reference to Bhaal, the 'real' god of murder. One Bhaal is enough, we don't need a second one. So I decided to rid the world of BOOOAL by slaying him and his followers. But I kept one of them alive (knocked-down) to not lose the BOOOAL's Benediction buff.
